The Nursery conducted during the 9:30 Mass has been stopped for the time being.
The co-op venture has not found enough participants and no one has come forward to coordinate the volunteers.
We welcome parents with small children to attend any of our weekend Masses and join the congregation in the liturgy with your children. The entrance way (narthex) and the chapel are places you can take your child if needed and you can still be participating in the Mass from those areas. When your child is ready please make your way back to the pews.
The Mass is too important to miss and you are too. Please join us at St. Veronica for Mass with your children.
Previous informaiton about the nursery follows:
The Nursery provides childcare for children ages 3 and under while parents attend Mass. This is a great opportunity for parents of small children to leave them in a close, safe and loving environment so that parents can devote their full attention to the Mass.
The Nursery is available year round on Sundays during the 9:30 a.m. Mass with the exception of holidays.
The Nursery is a co-operative venture in which parents take turns watching the children. Other Virtus®-trained adults are welcome and encouraged to volunteer in this important ministry.
All adults involved must complete the Virtus® Awareness Session and complete a background check. For more information regarding the Virtus® Archdiocesan approval process, please contact the Parish Office at 513-528-1622.
