Servers assist the priest before, during and after the Mass and at other religious ceremonies.
Servers, both adult and youth, prepare the sanctuary for Mass, assist in the preparation of gifts during Mass, and ensure the sanctuary is in order at the end of Mass. Young people, beginning in the fourth grade, as well as adults, are invited and encouraged to participate in this rewarding ministry.
The Art & Environment Ministry provides the Parish Community with art and environmental decorations including flowers, plants, and backdrops for the church that radiate warmth and beauty during the different liturgical seasons of the year.
By working closely with the Worship Commission, the Art and Environment Ministry carefully plans and places appropriate decorations designed to heighten the awareness of the parish community through meaningful visual designs that hopefully create lasting impressions of the rich and abundant graces unique to each of the liturgical seasons.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion assist with the distribution of Holy Communion during Mass, to the sick or during a Communion Service.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion witness in a special way to the Lord’s presence in our midst. The minister’s attentiveness, personal presence, eye contact, way of speaking the words “The Body of Christ” or “The Blood of Christ,” and reverence to the elements all serve as vehicles of the presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
The Ministry of Greeters welcomes and greets all who attend weekend Liturgies. Any family or individuals are welcome to be a part of our Greeter Ministry. Greeters arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to Mass to open doors and greet those who are attending.
The lector proclaims the first and second readings from Scripture at Mass. On Sundays, the lector also reads the announcements and petitions at Mass.

The work of the Sacristan is unique, as there is only one Sacristan at each Mass. Without their preparations, the Mass cannot begin. Sacristans work behind the scenes to help ensure proper celebration of the liturgy, setting out the books, the sacred vessels, the bread, and the wine. They also make sure there enough Eucharistic Ministers and Servers for Mass. After Mass, they wash the sacred vessels and put away the vessels, ready to be used for the next Mass.
