The Vikings Athletic Boosters is governed by a Board of Trustees that reports to the St. Veronica Parish Council. The Athletic Boosters is governed by By-laws which outlines various Trustee positions to help the Athletic Boosters serve the athletic interests of our Parish. We have a number of volunteers that have served on the Board of Trustees. These 2-year term commitments are vital to ensure the various sporting programs that St. Veronica offers continues to grow and prosper. Over the many years that this organization has been together, the improvements and the positive growth that the Booster organization has experienced are attributed to its volunteer program, its membership and the Booster Board. These people have offered new ideas and different perspective on finding various ways to improve and add additional activities/sports that we currently offer. Without having new and energetic individuals stepping into these roles or volunteering their time, the St. Veronica athletics will not continue to grow and improve. Please prayerfully consider a board position.

PRESIDENT - Brian Polark, Email Brian
The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Booster Board and shall have general supervision over the affairs of the St. Veronica Athletic Boosters, subject, however, to the constraints contained in these by-laws. This person shall preside at all meetings. The President shall represent the Boosters at public functions, sign all business contracts, and co-sign all checks. The President will be responsible for maintaining a list of active St. Veronica Athletic Boosters members. If desired, the President may appoint a member to perform this task. In general, this person shall perform all the duties that are provided for in the by-laws, or that are assigned by the Booster Board or members, from time-to-time.
VICE PRESIDENT - Doug McClure, Email Doug
The vice-president is the assistant to the president and is empowered to act for the president when the office of the president is vacant or when the president is not available to act on urgent matters requiring attention. The vice-president will oversee all committee activities, oversee all game schedules from the appropriate athletic directors and develop all practice locations and times for all St. Veronica Booster sponsored activities. If desired, the vice-president may appoint a sport coordinator or athletic director to perform this task.
BOYS ATHLETIC DIRECTOR - Lee Gupton, Email Lee
Any St. Veronica Athletic Boosters member not currently holding a Booster Board position is eligible to hold the position of Boys or Girls Athletic director.
This position will be responsible for upholding the Booster By-Laws as adopted by the Booster Board
